initial Assessment with Dietary Recommendations for Kiddos

All of our services begin with a comprehensive initial assessment appointment but many kiddos require a full programs this is typically enough information to get the ball rolling.  Many parents just need a boost in the right direction and little bit of guidance! 

This appointment is an in-depth review of your health history, symptomology and goals, the appointment in approximately 60-75 minutes in duration. Typically the parents attend the appointment and it is not necessary to bring the kiddos! 

Based on the information collected during the assessment you are provided resources that ensure you have a clear and safe path forward!
